A Lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Assistant Regional Director Marisol D. Legaspi assumed office on August 7, 2019, she was then the Assistant Regional Director of COA Region XIII, Butuan City. Before climbing up the ladder she was an Audit Team Leader/Unit Head, Regional Cluster Director, Service Chief, prior to her promotion as Assistant Regional Director (ARD).

“Atty. Sol” as many calls her, holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration International on Japan Development Scholarships (JDS) Fellowship from the Christian University, Tokyo, Japan. She also finished her Bachelor of Laws (Llb) at Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City. She graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA)- Accounting at Mindanao State University, Marawi City.
